PESHAWAR: Hamza Foundation Welfare Thalassemia Hospital and Blood Transfusion Services, a well-known welfare organization, organized a one-day blood collection camp at City College Peshawar. As a result of the initiative, 80 bags of blood were collected from healthy volunteer donors, mainly students, to help save the lives of 1,554 registered patients suffering from Thalassemia, Hemophilia, and blood cancer.
On the occasion, Resource Mobilization Officers Mr. Ateeq Ur Rehman and Mr. Ibrar Ullah Jan delivered motivational speeches encouraging students to donate blood. They also conducted awareness sessions on Thalassemia, highlighting its causes, prevention, and the importance of timely treatment.
The management of Hamza Foundation extended sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Abdul Malik (Director) and Mr. Usman Ali (Admin) of City College Peshawar, along with the students, for their valuable cooperation and support in serving ailing humanity.
