PESHAWAR: Deputy Commissioner Hangu, Gohar Zaman Wazir, an officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS), received his certificate upon successful completion of the Mid-Career Management Course (MCMC).
The certificate was presented by Captain (R) Usman Gul, PAS, Director General of the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA), Peshawar, during a formal ceremony held at the institute.
The MCMC is designed to enhance leadership, governance, and management skills of mid-career civil servants, equipping them to meet contemporary administrative challenges more effectively.
