DERA ISMAIL KHAN: Commissioner Dera Ismail Khan Division, Dawood Khan, held a meeting with District Monitoring Officer (DMO) RTS Dera Ismail Khan, Muhammad Zubair, in his office to review ongoing measures aimed at promoting transparency and accountability in the delivery of public services.

During the meeting, District Monitoring Officer Muhammad Zubair briefed the Commissioner in detail on the performance of the RTS Commission, the monitoring system, grievance redressal mechanisms, and steps being taken to enhance the efficiency of government departments. He informed that through the effective use of modern technology, timely delivery of public services is being ensured, while complaints are being addressed promptly to improve public satisfaction.

Commissioner Dawood Khan appreciated the performance of the RTS Commission and the District Monitoring Officer, stating that transparency and accountability form the foundation of good governance. He emphasized that improved service delivery is essential to resolve public issues and directed that further enhancements be made in public convenience and service-related projects.

The Commissioner stressed the need for close coordination among all concerned departments to ensure maximum relief for the public. He also directed that field-level monitoring should be made more effective and that performance-based improvement targets should be set to achieve measurable results.

At the conclusion of the meeting, it was reiterated that reform initiatives would continue to make the public service delivery system transparent, efficient, and reliable, while further strengthening the accountability framework to restore and maintain public trust.
