DERA ISMAIL KHAN: The colorful competitions of the Dera Bodybuilding Championship 2026 concluded successfully with enthusiastic participation from young athletes across the district.
Among the standout performers was Rehan Qureshi, a student of Farhan Khan Gandapur, who delivered an impressive performance and secured the Mr. Man Physique title.
Representing Paracha Gym, Rehan Qureshi attracted the attention of judges and spectators alike due to his well-balanced physique, confident stage presence, and disciplined preparation.
The championship was organized under the supervision of Pakistan Bodybuilding Federation President Tariq Pervez and Bodybuilding Association Dera General Secretary Muhammad Shakeel Paracha. A large number of bodybuilders from across the district participated in the event, making it a vibrant showcase of local talent and fitness culture.
Rehan Qureshi’s achievement has been widely attributed to the dedicated training and guidance provided by his coach Farhan Khan Gandapur, whose mentorship played a key role in preparing him for the competition.
