PESHAWAR (Staff Reporter): Presidential Award-winning anchor and director Jamshed Ali Khan congratulated the newly appointed Director Culture Culture Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Haleema Iqbal, on assuming her official responsibilities.
On Friday, Jamshed Ali Khan visited her office and extended his best wishes on taking charge of the important position. On the occasion, he presented a bouquet of flowers and a cake to Haleema Iqbal and wished her success in her new role.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that the promotion of art and culture in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is extremely important and expressed hope that under the leadership of Haleema Iqbal, cultural activities in the province will further flourish.
He also assured his full support and cooperation with the Culture Department for the promotion and development of arts and cultural initiatives in the province.
Director Culture Haleema Iqbal thanked him for the visit and said that all available resources would be utilized to promote arts and culture in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and to preserve the rich cultural heritage of the province.
