Bajaur: The district administration of Bajaur organized a special ceremony to share the joy of Eid with orphan and deserving students, during which Eid gifts were distributed among them.
According to details, Deputy Commissioner Bajaur Shahid Ali Khan visited Government Model Higher Secondary School Khar and participated in the ceremony held at the school. The event formally began with the recitation of the Holy Quran. On the occasion, Tehsil Chairman Sub-Division Khar Haji Syed Badshah, the school principal Khayal Muhammad, members of the Parent-Teacher Council (PTC), and teachers were also present.
During the ceremony, the PTC members presented their demands regarding the improvement of the institution and the provision of educational facilities to the Deputy Commissioner. In response, Deputy Commissioner Shahid Ali Khan assured them that the issues would be addressed on a priority basis and expressed his commitment to continuing support for improving facilities in educational institutions.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, Deputy Commissioner Shahid Ali Khan, on behalf of the district administration, distributed Eid gifts—including clothes and shoes—among orphan and deserving students of the school so that they could also celebrate Eid with happiness and confidence.
Speaking on the occasion, the Deputy Commissioner appreciated the efforts of the PTC committee members, school administration, and teachers, and emphasized the importance of encouraging orphan and deserving children and giving special attention to their education.
At the end of the event, PTC committee members, the school administration, and the students appreciated the efforts of Deputy Commissioner Bajaur Shahid Ali Khan and thanked him for this commendable initiative.
