DERA ISMAIL KHAN: The Secretary of the Regional Transport Authority (RTA) Dera, Shaukat Iqbal, has established a dedicated complaint cell in view of the holy month of Ramadan and the upcoming Eid al-Fitr to promptly address passengers’ concerns.
According to details, the complaint cell will remain active at bus stands and other key locations, where commuters can register complaints regarding overcharging, overloading, mismanagement, and other transport-related issues. Immediate action will be taken on received complaints to provide relief to the public.
Shaukat Iqbal stated that the initiative aims to improve the transport system during Ramadan and Eid, ensure better facilities for passengers, and prevent any form of malpractice.
He urged the public to immediately contact the RTA complaint cell in case of any grievance so that timely action can be taken.
