Dera Ismail Khan: A grand sports festival was organized at the Lakki Marwat Town Complex on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr under the supervision of the district administration and the Pakistan Army. The event attracted a large number of local players and sports enthusiasts.
During the festival, a thrilling kabaddi match was held, with Deputy Commissioner Lakki Marwat and the local Brigade Commander of the Pakistan Army attending as chief guests. Upon arrival, the guests were warmly received by the district administration and regional elders.
Spectators were visibly excited during the intense kabaddi contest, cheering enthusiastically and showing their appreciation for players in the traditional style by showering them with notes.
The Brigade Commander lauded the district administration’s efforts to maintain peace in the area and to promote sports activities. The Town Complex ground was packed with spectators, reflecting the strong popularity of sports in the region.
At the conclusion of the festival, trophies and prizes were distributed among the players who demonstrated exceptional performance.
