NAIROBI: Pakistan Day was marked with a simple yet dignified flag-hoisting ceremony at the High Commission for Pakistan. The event was attended by a large number of Pakistanis and Kenyans of Pakistani origin from all walks of life.
The ceremony began with a recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by messages from the President, Prime Minister, and Deputy Prime Minister. Senior community members also shared their reflections on the occasion.
In his address, the High Commissioner urged the community to remain united, enhance the country’s image abroad, and uphold the principles for which Pakistan was founded.
