TP REPORT
Kot Radha Kishan: On the occasion of its 24th Annual Day, The Learning School, Kot Radha Kishan, has announced a commendable decision to maintain its transport and tuition fees despite a sharp rise in operational costs.
The announcement reflects the institution’s continued commitment to its founding mission of providing quality education without placing additional financial burden on parents. At a time when inflation and fuel prices have significantly increased, the school administration has chosen to absorb the rising costs internally.
Currently, the school operates a fleet of ten vehicles, including six owned and four hired. With diesel prices rising from approximately PKR 270 to nearly PKR 570 per liter, transportation costs have almost doubled. Nevertheless, the management has decided not to increase transport charges, prioritizing the financial well-being of families.
Around 577 students are benefiting from the school’s transport facility, commuting daily from Kot Radha Kishan and surrounding villages within a radius of approximately 30 kilometers. The initiative ensures that access to education remains uninterrupted for children from semi-rural and rural communities.

In addition, the school has also kept its annual tuition fees unchanged for the current academic year. The administration plans to manage expenses through internal efficiency measures and increased admissions rather than transferring costs to parents.
With a staff of nearly 100 members, The Learning School is currently educating around 1,200 students. Notably, the institution has also implemented a 10 percent increase in staff salaries, which will be managed through its own resources.
Founded on April 8, 2002, The Learning School was established with the vision of delivering quality, non-profit education to underserved communities. The institution continues to uphold this commitment, ensuring that no child is deprived of education due to financial constraints.
The new academic session for 2025–26 has commenced, and the school remains one of the leading educational institutions in the region. Alongside academic programs, technical education classes are also being offered.
The campus is currently serving as an examination center for the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Lahore (BISE Lahore), where approximately 300 female students appear in morning sessions and another 300 in the afternoon, with well-managed facilities.
During a recent, Muhammad Anwar appreciated the dedication of the school’s staff and congratulated both the team and parents for their continued trust and support. Since its first matriculation batch in 2007, the school has produced graduates who are now serving as chartered accountants, doctors, engineers, civil servants, teachers, and professionals across various sectors.
The Learning School’s vision remains focused on nurturing responsible, capable individuals who will contribute positively to their communities and to Pakistan’s future.
