Bajaur: In a significant legal development, the Bajaur court has sentenced Khanullah, accused of murdering his wife, to life imprisonment along with a fine of PKR 500,000. The verdict follows a thorough and professional investigation conducted by the Salarzai Police Station and its investigation team, ultimately delivering justice to the victim’s family.
According to details, under the supervision of SP Investigation Bajaur Naveed Iqbal and leadership of OII Bakht Zaman, the investigative team carried out a comprehensive inquiry. Their efforts led to the successful identification and prosecution of Khanullah, a resident of Bangar, Salarzai, as the perpetrator behind the brutal murder of his wife. On the basis of solid evidence, proper legal procedures, and coordinated investigative efforts, the honorable court found the accused guilty and handed down a stringent sentence.
District Police Officer (DPO) Bajaur, Waqas Rafiq, praised the performance of the officers involved in the investigation and commended their dedication. He also directed them to continue employing all available resources to ensure the delivery of justice in future cases.
