Charsadd: A one-day training session was held at the District Population Welfare Office Charsadda under the Directorate General of Population Welfare Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for Family Welfare Assistants (FWAs). The session focused on the effective implementation of the e-survey regarding barriers to contraceptive use among married women of reproductive age (MWRA).
The purpose of the training was to equip FWAs with modern methodologies and to enhance their capacity to address challenges faced in the field.
At the conclusion of the training, District Population Welfare Officer Charsadda, Fazal Azim Khan, appreciated the serious efforts being made by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Population Welfare Department to promote family planning and ensure the success of this important campaign.
He stated that due to the rapidly growing population, there is a rising risk of imbalance between resources and population. He added that the Population Welfare Department Charsadda regularly organizes various sessions to enhance staff capacity, which positively impacts the overall performance of the team.
