KARAK: As per the directions of the Worthy Deputy Commissioner, Karak, the Assistant Commissioner, Takht-e-Nasrati visited Patwarkhana Chokara I and Patwarkhana Chokara II and Khojaki and Jehangeri to assess record maintenance, staff attendance, and overall service delivery.
During the inspection, the land record including Jamabandi, Inteqal Register, and other relevant documents were thoroughly checked. It was observed that record at both Patwarkhanas was properly maintained.
Staff attendance was verified, and it was found that the concerned Patwari(s) were present on duty. Public service delivery, including facilitation of visitors and handling of revenue-related matters, was also reviewed.
It was further directed that:
All record must be updated regularly and maintained in proper condition.
Patwari(s) shall ensure their presence during official hours.
Public dealing should be improved with due courtesy and transparency.
Overall, the performance of both Patwarkhanas was found satisfactory. Necessary instructions were issued on the spot for improvement.
