MARDAN: The Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC), Women University Mardan, successfully conducted the Review of Institutional Performance & Enhancement (RIPE) from 8–10 July 2026 as part of the University’s continued commitment to strengthening internal quality assurance in accordance with the HEC Quality Assurance Framework (PSG-2023).
The RIPE Review Panel comprised Dr. Asiyah Bukhari, Director QEC, Khyber Medical University, Peshawar; Ms. Mahwish Asmat Ullah, Director QEC, Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University, Peshawar; Dr. Monazza Serwar, Coordinator QEC, Women University Mardan; Mr. Adnan Ahmed, Deputy Registrar, Women University Mardan; and Ms. Haleema Ikram, Deputy Director ORIC, Women University Mardan.
During the three-day review, the panel evaluated the University’s Institutional Performance Report (IPR) against the 16 RIPE Standards. The review process included interactive sessions with Heads of Departments, faculty members, students, and administrative staff, along with comprehensive on-site visits to academic departments, administrative offices, and student support services to assess institutional practices and quality assurance mechanisms.
The visit concluded with a meeting with the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Razia Sultana, during which the review panel presented its key observations, commendations, and recommendations aimed at further enhancing institutional effectiveness and fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement at Women University Mardan.
The successful completion of the RIPE review reflects Women University Mardan’s steadfast commitment to academic excellence, institutional accountability, and continuous quality enhancement in line with national higher education standards.
