PESHAWAR : Head of Pakistan Television Adil Shahzeb, visited the PTV Peshawar Centre, where he was received by GM PTV Peshawar, Ibrahim Kamal. During the visit, he was given a detailed briefing on the centre’s overall performance and the quality programming being produced and broadcast in regional languages.
Adil Shahzeb appreciated the professional performance of the Peshawar Centre and commended the efforts of its officers and staff. He said that PTV continues to play an effective role in promoting regional languages, cultural heritage, and national values.
Expressing optimism, he said that, God willing, PTV’s transmission from Peshawar would begin in the near future. He noted that this initiative would further promote the regional languages and culture of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa while strengthening national integration and enhancing public outreach.
The visit concluded with a renewed commitment to the institution’s development, modernization of broadcasting services, and continued public service.
