Governor KP appreciated the UAE’s ongoing humanitarian and development
initiatives in Pakistan
KARACHI: United Arab Emirates (UAE) Consul General Bakheet Atiq Ali Al-Remeithi hosted a luncheon in honor of Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi here on Wednesday. During the meeting, both sides discussed ways to strengthen bilateral relations and enhance cooperation between the two brotherly nations. Governor Kundi expressed his gratitude to the UAE for supporting Pakistan’s stance during the “Operation Bunyan Al-Marsouos” calling the success of the operation a significant victory for the Pakistan Armed Forces. He also appreciated the UAE’s ongoing humanitarian and development initiatives in Pakistan. The Governor specifically lauded welfare efforts in Waziristan and urged for increased support in sectors such as healthcare and humanitarian services, particularly in KP and Dera Ismail Khan.
