PROVINCE REPORT
MARDAN: Women University Mardan (WUM) conducted a Departmental Tenure Review Committee (DTRC) meeting to assess the academic and professional progress of three Assistant Professors from the Departments of Physics and Mathematics.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Razia Sultana, Convener of the DTRC, chaired the meeting, while Registrar Adnan Ahmad presented the relevant records and documents.
The Committee reviewed the faculty members’ teaching, research, publications, academic activities and professional development under the prescribed tenure criteria.
External academic experts also participated and provided their professional input. Prof. Dr. Razia Sultana stressed high standards of teaching and research, merit-based evaluation and transparency in faculty reviews.
She reaffirmed WUM’s commitment to academic excellence and strengthening institutional standards.
