PESHAWAR : Provincial Revenue Minister Tariq Arshad and Senior Member Board of Revenue Zahir Shah visited the Land Settlement Record Office in Peshawar, where Project Director Wasel Khattak gave them a detailed briefing on the digitization and preservation of land settlement records, as well as the facilities being provided to citizens.
Project Director Wasel Khattak briefed the Provincial Revenue Minister and Senior Member Board of Revenue on the current status of land settlement records, ongoing initiatives and the future course of action. He also highlighted the measures being taken to modernize the records and ensure transparent, efficient and timely services for citizens.
On the occasion, Provincial Revenue Minister Tariq Arshad emphasized the importance of bringing land settlement records in line with modern requirements and ensuring their proper preservation. He directed the relevant authorities to further improve and simplify the facilities being provided to citizens so that they do not face unnecessary difficulties in obtaining records.
The minister also directed the authorities to accelerate the digitization process and ensure transparency and timely service delivery.
At the conclusion of the visit, Project Director Wasel Khattak presented commemorative shields to Provincial Revenue Minister Tariq Arshad and Senior Member Board of Revenue Zahir Shah.
