ISLAMABAD: The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has achieved a historic milestone through its two-day auction of commercial plots in G-13 and G-14, with 15 plots sold on the first day for more than Rs10 billion.
The auction, which began on September 15 and will continue on September 16 at Auragandi Event Complex, Islamabad, attracted strong interest from dealers and investors.
FGEHA Director General Captain (Retd) Zafar Iqbal said the transparent and merit-based auction would strengthen investors’ confidence and promote commercial activities in the capital. He assured investors that all proceedings were being conducted according to rules and regulations.
The Authority has also established an Investor Facilitation Cell under the Director Staff to provide investors with a centralized mechanism for resolving issues and ensuring timely assistance.
FGEHA invited investors to benefit from the commercial and investment opportunities offered in the rapidly developing G-13 and G-14 sectors.
