LAHORE: US Chargé d’Affaires Natalie Baker has welcomed Catherine Connell as the new Deputy Chief of Mission (DCM) at the US Embassy in Pakistan.
Baker expressed pleasure at welcoming Connell, highlighting her extensive diplomatic experience and in-depth knowledge of Pakistan, gained through her previous assignments in Karachi and Lahore.
Working in partnership with Chargé d’Affaires Baker, Connell is expected to play an important role in supporting and strengthening the growing relationship between the United States and Pakistan.
The US Embassy expressed confidence that Connell’s diplomatic expertise and familiarity with Pakistan would contribute to further advancing bilateral engagement and cooperation.
The announcement was shared through the US Embassy’s official communication channels, reaffirming the United States’ commitment to its expanding partnership with Pakistan.
