PESHAWAR: The All Bannu Volleyball Peace Tournament, organized by the District Administration Bannu and Sports Department, Sub-Division Wazir Bannu, concluded in Kaki.
The final was played between Saad Club Amandi Bannu and Mudassar Club Kaki. Saad Club Amandi Bannu displayed an impressive performance and won the match 25–20 to secure the tournament title.
Regional Sports Officer Bannu Ameer Zahid Shah, Head of the Police Peace Committee Hazrat Umar, and Sports Officer Sub-Division Wazir Bannu Rizwanullah Awan attended the final as chief guests.
During the closing ceremony, Saad Club Amandi Bannu received Rs. 30,000 in cash and a trophy, while runner-up Mudassar Club Kaki was awarded Rs. 20,000 and a trophy.
Shields and cash prizes were also distributed among the Man of the Match, Man of the Tournament and other players in recognition of their outstanding performances.
The ceremony was attended by District Sports Association Bannu General Secretary Muhammad Nizam-ul-Haq, Senior Vice President Riaz Khan, Fayyaz Gul Sadozai, former national volleyball player Shad Muhammad Khan, District Target Ball President Iqbal Zaman, Young Teachers Association Bannu District President Salman Hashmi, Press Secretary Faheemuddin and other distinguished personalities.
