DI Khan: The All Pakistan Clerks Association (APCA), District Dera Ismail Khan, continued its weekly departmental contact programme with a visit to the Education Department, where a large number of clerical staff participated in a gathering to discuss organizational matters and employees’ issues.

The delegation was led by Divisional Chairman APCA Haji Fida Hussain Baloch and included District President Haji Zubair Baloch, District General Secretary Syed Najaf Ali Shah, Senior Vice President Sajid Baloch, Vice President Khalid Saleem Aftab, Superintendent Muhammad Farooq Kalokhel, Education Department President Arif Nisar, General Secretary Inayatullah and District President of All Class Four Employees Karim Nawaz Baloch, along with other office-bearers.

During the meeting, clerical staff presented suggestions regarding strengthening APCA’s organizational activities, improving coordination among employees and addressing the problems faced by government clerks. Participants expressed their commitment to further strengthening the association and raising employees’ genuine concerns at relevant forums.

APCA office-bearers said the primary objective of the weekly departmental visits was to establish direct contact with clerical staff, understand their problems and consult them on organizational matters. They added that the initiative would continue in the coming weeks.

Education Department President Arif Nisar and General Secretary Inayatullah appreciated the APCA leadership for visiting the department and listening to employees’ concerns. They said unity and organized coordination among clerks could help highlight their genuine problems more effectively.

Speaking on the occasion, APCA District General Secretary Syed Najaf Ali Shah said the weekly visits were not merely formal meetings but an effort to maintain direct contact with employees, identify their issues and develop a joint strategy for their resolution.
