KARACHI: In the final of the Tape Ball Premier League Season Two, SH Packages team won the tournament by defeating CE Sports by five wickets. Batting first, CE Sports scored 155 runs for the loss of three wickets in the allotted eight overs. Muhammad Usama played a brilliant innings of 70 off 24 balls.

In reply, SH Packages achieved the target for five wickets in seven points five overs. Captain Asad Shah scored an aggressive half-century of fifty-two runs off thirteen balls. Fahad Mian Channu was dismissed for forty-nine and Taimur Mirza for thirty-three runs. Chief organizer Khurram Majeed and special guest Naya Nazimabad Gymkhana President Syed Muhammad Talha distributed prizes among the players.

The winning team was given Rs 50 lakh and a trophy. While the runner-up team was awarded Rs 20 lakh. The final match was watched by a large number of spectators, including former Pakistan cricket team captains Inzamam-ul-Haq and Sarfaraz Ahmed. And encouraged the players.

Inzama-ul-Haq welcomed the event of the Tape Ball Premier League. He said that in his time, even in hard ball, there was no prize money of Rs. 45 lakh in the club tournament. And the best thing is that a large number of fans are coming to the stadium to watch these matches. He said that the game of famous tape ball players is being liked a lot.

Sarfaraz Ahmed also welcomed the large-scale organization of the Tape Premier League. He said that he also played a lot of tape ball cricket in his early career. And it is a good move by the organizers that they are organizing events with big prize money in tape ball.

Sarfaraz Ahmed said that he appreciated the enthusiasm of the fans and said that he hoped that such competitions would continue in the future.
The six-day competition ended at 4 am. Ten teams participated in the event.
