MARDAN: Women University Mardan, through its Office of Research, Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC), successfully organized an interactive session with representatives from the Directorate of Science and Technology (DoST), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, at the Committee Room of its Main Campus today.

The session was designed to brief and train faculty members on submission procedures for grant proposals, available funding opportunities, funding mechanisms, and collaborative research prospects being offered by DoST. The initiative provided an excellent platform for faculty to strengthen their research capacity, engage with external funding agencies, and align their academic pursuits with provincial research priorities.

Speaking on the occasion, the Vice Chancellor of Women University Mardan, Prof. Dr. Razia Sultana, appreciated the initiative and highlighted the importance of such interactive engagements in strengthening the university’s research culture and fostering innovation for socio-economic development.

This interactive session reflects the University’s strong commitment to empowering its faculty through capacity-building initiatives, promoting research excellence, and building sustainable linkages with provincial and national funding bodies.
