PESHAWAR: A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between UET Mardan and IM | Sciences Peshawar to strengthen collaboration in research, innovation, entrepreneurship, and commercialization.
The MoU aims to foster joint research, faculty development, student skill enhancement, and industry linkages, while promoting innovation-driven solutions and startup ecosystems across the region.
Under this partnership, UET Mardan will lead the design, development, and prototyping of indigenous engineering and technology solutions, whereas IM | Sciences will spearhead the business development, marketing, and commercialization of these products. Both institutions will also share laboratories, digital resources, and incubation facilities to support joint initiatives.
The MoU was signed by Prof. Dr. Gul Muhammad Khan, Vice Chancellor, UET Mardan, and Dr. Usman Ghani, Director, IM | Sciences Peshawar.
This collaboration marks an important step toward bridging the gap between technology and business innovation, empowering students, faculty, and entrepreneurs to translate ideas into impactful market-ready solutions.
