PESHAWAR: Cantonment Board Peshawar (CBP) organized a series of vibrant and meaningful activities in celebration of World Children’s Day for the students of Cantt Public Girls High School, Peshawar Cantt. The event aimed to promote joy, learning, and compassion among children while highlighting the importance of their well-being and rights.
The program was graced by the presence of Deputy CEO CBP, Ms. Javairia Bano, who actively participated in the celebrations and appreciated the efforts made to create an enriching experience for the students.
As part of the festivities, a magic show was arranged, captivating the young audience with engaging performances. In addition, students enjoyed a variety of game activities, encouraging teamwork, creativity, and fun.
Demonstrating empathy and community spirit, the students also paid a special visit to the children’s ward at Cantt General Hospital, where they spent time with young patients. They distributed gifts and conveyed heartfelt messages of support, bringing smiles and comfort to those undergoing treatment.
CBP remains committed to fostering a healthy, supportive, and inspiring environment for the children of the Cantonment. The World Children’s Day activities served as a reminder of the value of kindness, inclusion, and collective responsibility toward nurturing the next generation.
