Mardan: District Attorney Mardan Arshad Alam Khilji has been elected as President of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Law Officers Welfare Association (KPLOWA) after securing 33 votes in a closely contested election.

His rival, Asif Masood, District Attorney Kohat, secured 32 votes, making the contest highly competitive.

Addressing the gathering after his victory, the newly elected President thanked his voters for their confidence and support. He assured the law officers’ fraternity that he would leave no stone unturned to ensure an environment where the rights, dignity, and professional interests of law officers are fully respected and protected.

Arshad Alam Khilji emphasized the importance of unity and collective strength, urging law officers to stand together. He said that only through unity and a single, strong voice can the fraternity effectively overcome challenges and safeguard its rights.
