Students of Women University Swabi actively participated in the event held on the occasion of Kashmir Solidarity Day, demonstrating their solidarity with the people of Kashmir. During the program, the students presented national songs and tabloos and took part in a solidarity walk across the university campus to express their support for the Kashmiri people.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Ghazala Yasmeen, while addressing the participants, stated that the struggle of the Kashmiri people for their right to self-determination is legitimate and deserves global attention. She praised the students for their active participation in this important national event and emphasized that such initiatives help promote national awareness and social responsibility among students.
The program was organized under the supervision of Dr. Sania, Director ORIC, while the Head of the Department of Pakistan Studies and faculty members played a key role in preparing the students for the event.
Through their activities, the students of Women University Swabi sent a clear message of solidarity with the people of Kashmir and called upon the international community to take notice of human rights violations and play its role in ensuring justice and lasting peace.
