Peshawar: The 45th cohort of the MCMC Domain-Specific program successfully completed their training at the Pakistan Provincial Services Academy, culminating in a formal graduation ceremony held at the institute. The program, designed to enhance the knowledge, skills, and competencies of public administration professionals, focuses on domain-specific training to improve governance, administrative efficiency, and policy implementation across provincial services.

Certificates were formally presented by Captain (R) Usman Gul, Director General of the National Institute of Public Administration(NIPA)& Pakistan Provincial Services Academy (PPSA), who lauded the dedication, discipline, and commitment of the graduates throughout the training program. Addressing the participants, Captain Usman Gul emphasized the critical role of specialized training in preparing civil servants for increasingly complex administrative challenges. He highlighted that programs like the MCMC Domain-Specific course are vital in strengthening institutional capacities and ensuring that public officials are equipped with the practical knowledge and strategic thinking required for effective governance.

The 45th MCMC program included rigorous sessions on policy formulation, decision-making, leadership development, financial management, and sector-specific administrative practices. Participants were evaluated through interactive workshops, case studies, and scenario-based exercises, ensuring that the graduates not only gained theoretical knowledge but also honed practical skills applicable to real-world administrative challenges.

The ceremony was attended by senior officials of the Provincial Services Academy, faculty members, and other distinguished guests who congratulated the graduates for their hard work and achievements. The event concluded with a group photo session and networking opportunities, fostering professional connections among public administration professionals.

With the completion of this program, the graduates are now expected to return to their respective departments with enhanced expertise and a renewed commitment to delivering high-quality services, strengthening governance, and contributing to the overall development of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
