Peshawar: The Video Journalist Forum has signed an agreement with City Medical Welfare Laboratory for the welfare of its members, under which forum members and their families will be provided 79 different medical tests at a 50% discounted rate.

In this regard, a formal agreement was signed yesterday between Forum President Bilal Ahmad and Laboratory Chairman Bakht Munir. General Secretary Nasir Naeem was also present on the occasion.

Upon arrival at the laboratory, the delegation was warmly welcomed and presented with bouquets. Later, Laboratory Incharge Muhammad Aizaz gave the guests a tour of various sections of the facility.

Chairman Bakht Munir stated that City Medical Welfare Laboratory has been providing quality medical services at low cost for the past two decades. He added that, in view of the current inflation, providing relief to the public remains their top priority. He further said that special discounts are also offered to orphans and underprivileged individuals.

Forum President Bilal Ahmad thanked the laboratory administration, stating that this initiative will be highly beneficial for the members, and the forum will continue its efforts for the welfare of its members in the future.

At the end of the ceremony, forum officials presented commemorative shields to Chairman Bakht Munir and Laboratory Incharge Muhammad Aizaz.
