PESHAWAR: The Youth Worker Convention of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Peshawar Division was held at Nishtar Hall Peshawar with enthusiastic participation from party workers and youth representatives.
Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi and Provincial President Syed Muhammad Ali Shah Bacha attended the convention as special guests.
Officials and workers from Khyber, Mohmand, Charsadda, Peshawar, Nowshera, Metropolitan City Peshawar, PSF, Youth Wing, and other party wings participated in large numbers.
Addressing the gathering, Peshawar Division President Haji Misbah-ud-Din said that PPP remains popular among the youth and students of Peshawar Division and continues to represent their voice.
Provincial President Syed Muhammad Ali Shah Bacha stated that PPP has always served the people and taken practical steps for the welfare of workers, students, and youth across the country.
Speaking on the occasion, Governor Faisal Karim Kundi criticized the PTI government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, alleging poor performance in the education, sports, and health sectors during the last thirteen years. He said that PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari is the true representative of the youth and vowed to continue raising his voice for the rights of the province.
The participants also paid tribute to the Pakistan Army for its sacrifices and role in the fight for national security.
