MARDAN:A rally led by former federal minister Nawabzada Khwaja Muhammad Khan Hoti was held in Mardan to celebrate what speakers described as Pakistan’s great success in “Maarka-e-Haq Bunyan-un-Marsoos.”
A large number of political and social workers, trader representatives, and members of the public participated in the rally. The procession started from Chato Chowk and, upon reaching the Press Club, turned into a public gathering.
Those Addressed the gathering included Nawabzada Khwaja Muhammad Khan Hoti, President of Anjuman-e-Tajran Takht Bhai Haji Muazzullah Khan, Hussainzada Mohmand and Tahir Khan. The speakers expressed happiness over what they termed the great victory of the Pakistan Armed Forces in “Bunyan-un-Marsoos” and paid tribute to the martyrs.
Speaking on the occasion, Khwaja Hoti said that Field Marshal Asim Munir had given a strong response to Indian aggression in May last year, bringing honor to Pakistan on the global stage.
He further said that during the recent Iran-US-Israel conflict, Pakistan played a mediatory role in achieving a ceasefire, saving millions of lives and preventing large-scale destruction.
Khwaja Hoti appealed to the Field Marshal to now focus on restoring the country’s economy and controlling inflation, stating that the people of Pakistan stand firmly with their armed forces and want relief from economic hardships.
