PROVINCE REPORT
MARDAN:The Department of Political Science at Women University Mardan enthusiastically commemorated Operation Bunyan ul Marsoos Week through a series of meaningful and patriotic activities aimed at paying tribute to the brave armed forces of Pakistan for their courage, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment to safeguarding the sovereignty and integrity of the homeland.
The week-long celebrations featured a variety of events, including Urdu and English speech competitions, poster competitions, national songs, skits, and tableaus highlighting the spirit of patriotism, unity, and national resilience. Students actively participated in these activities and expressed their love and respect for the country and its defenders through creative and thought-provoking performances.
A solidarity walk was also organized by the department in which faculty members and students participated with great enthusiasm to demonstrate unity with the armed forces of Pakistan and to honor their heroic services for the nation.

The events were conducted under the inspiring leadership and encouragement of Professor Dr. Razia Sultana, whose vision and motivation made the successful organization of the celebrations possible. The Head of the Department of Political Science, Dr. Hassina Bashir, appreciated the dedication and tireless efforts of the faculty members and students who worked wholeheartedly to ensure the smooth and successful execution of all activities throughout the week.
The celebrations concluded with a renewed sense of patriotism and national pride among the participants, reaffirming their commitment to stand united for the peace, progress, and prosperity of Pakistan.
