PARIS: Ambassador Mumtaz Zahra Baloch hosted a delegation of students from CINUP at the Embassy of Pakistan in Paris during an interactive session aimed at promoting awareness about diplomacy, international cooperation and the role of Pakistan in multilateral forums.
The visiting delegation represented CINUP, a Paris-based student organization working to enhance students’ understanding and engagement with the United Nations system and global diplomatic affairs. During the session, Ambassador Mumtaz Zahra Baloch shared valuable insights into Pakistan’s foreign policy priorities, the importance of constructive international engagement and the country’s role in promoting peace, dialogue and cooperation at regional and global levels.
The ambassador encouraged students to actively participate in academic and diplomatic discussions and emphasized the importance of youth involvement in addressing global challenges through dialogue, research and international collaboration. She also highlighted Pakistan’s commitment to multilateral diplomacy and strengthening relations with countries around the world through peaceful and cooperative engagement.
The students appreciated the warm welcome extended by the embassy and described the session as highly informative and inspiring. They expressed keen interest in learning more about diplomatic affairs, international institutions and Pakistan’s contributions at the United Nations and other global platforms.
The visit concluded with a question-and-answer session and a group interaction, providing students an opportunity to directly engage with the ambassador and embassy officials on various international and diplomatic issues.
