HARIPUR: Internationally renowned Islamic preacher and spiritual leader Pir Syed Mohiuddin Mehboob has said that the tragedy of Karbala is an eternal message of standing firm against oppression, injustice and tyranny, while remaining committed to truth and righteousness under all circumstances.
Addressing delegations from various regions at Mehboob Abad Sharif, he said Imam Hussain (AS), his family members and devoted companions set unmatched examples of patience, loyalty, steadfastness and sacrifice in the plains of Karbala.
He stated that Imam Hussain (AS) sacrificed everything to protect the true principles of Islam and demonstrated that a believer never compromises on truth and justice, regardless of the challenges and hardships faced.
Pir Syed Mohiuddin Mehboob said the sacrifices rendered by the Ahl al-Bayt and the companions of Imam Hussain (AS) remain among the brightest chapters of Islamic history and continue to inspire people across generations.
He added that the legacy of Karbala serves as a guiding light for the oppressed and a reminder that falsehood and tyranny can never overcome the power of truth, faith and moral courage.
