PESHAWAR: The closing ceremony of the 46th Mid-Career Management Course was held at the Pakistan Provincial Services Academy (PPSA), where 28 officers were awarded certificates upon successful completion of the training programme.
Director General PPSA, Captain (Retd) Usman Gul, distributed certificates among the participants and presented traditional Chitrali caps to male officers and Swati chadors to female officers. The graduating batch included eight PMS officers from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 19 officers from various departments of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, and one officer from the Department of Defence Production.
Director General of the National Institute of Management, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Muqeem Islam Suhrawardy, attended the ceremony as the chief guest. Chief Instructor Taj Hameed presented the course report, highlighting the objectives and achievements of the programme.
Addressing the participants, Muqeem Islam emphasized that professional competence, honesty, hard work and dedication are the keys to success in public service. He also commended DG Usman Gul for his leadership and efforts in strengthening the Pakistan Provincial Services Academy, describing his contributions as a source of pride and recommending that he be recognized by the government for his services.

In his address, Captain (Retd) Usman Gul praised the dedication and commitment of the course participants, saying their excellent performance reflected their hard work throughout the training. He urged the officers to uphold the code of conduct and ethical values learned during the course, stressing that integrity and professionalism would earn them the confidence, trust and respect of the public.
He reminded the graduating officers that the authority entrusted to them is a sacred responsibility and urged them to discharge their duties with honesty, fairness and accountability. He also appreciated the faculty and staff of the academy for their tireless efforts in successfully conducting the course.
