ISLAMABAD : Sardar Waqar Shahzad Advocate met with His Excellency HAN Sungho, the newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Pakistan, at the Korean Embassy in Islamabad, where they discussed strengthening bilateral ties through tourism, cultural exchanges, and agricultural cooperation.
Sardar Waqar Shahzad presented the ambassador with fresh peaches from Swat Valley as a gesture of goodwill and invited him to visit the scenic valley. Ambassador HAN Sungho appreciated the quality of the peaches, accepted the invitation, and said, “I will visit Swat soon.”
Both sides agreed that greater cooperation in tourism, culture, and agriculture would further strengthen friendship and mutual understanding between Pakistan and South Korea.
