PROVINCE REPORT
CHAKDARA: Ms. Marwa Jalil of the Department of Mathematics, University of Malakand, successfully defended her MPhil thesis titled “Modeling and Management of Conjunctivitis: Analysis of Symptomatic, Asymptomatic, and Chronic Cases.”
Her research was supervised by Prof. Dr. Imtiaz Ahmad and co-supervised by Dr. Nigar Ali, while Dr. Gul Rahmat, Associate Professor at Islamia College University Peshawar, served as the external examiner. As part of her MPhil work, she authored a research paper that is currently under review in a reputed international journal.
Prof. Dr. Rahmat Ali, Chairman of the Department, faculty members and the external examiner appreciated the research and congratulated the scholar. The study provides data-driven insights into the mathematical modeling and management of conjunctivitis, contributing to improved public health research.
