MARDAN: Women University Mardan organized the Orientation Session of the Mentorship Program for Universities (MPU) on Friday, July 10, 2026, at the University Committee Room.
The session was chaired by Ms. Haleema Ikram, Director ORIC, who briefed 13 mentors on the objectives of the program, mentoring process, mentors’ roles, and implementation procedures. The session remained interactive, with mentors actively participating in the discussions.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Razia Sultana emphasized the importance of mentorship in promoting students’ academic, professional, and personal development. She stated that the program would strengthen the University’s mentoring culture, enhance student engagement, and further Women University Mardan’s mission of empowering young women through quality education and guidance.
The session concluded with the mentors reaffirming their commitment to the successful implementation of the Mentorship Program across the University.
