DSP, ASI and Lady Constable Among Six Injured

Dera Ismail Khan: A police party led by DSP Kalachi Kifayatullah and SHO Sher Afzal Khan came under attack by militants near Amin Farm on Dera-Hathala Road while proceeding for a raid. Six police personnel, including the DSP, an ASI and a lady constable, were injured.
The police vehicle overturned during the firing. Police returned fire, forcing the attackers to flee, while a search operation was launched in the area.
RPO Dera Ghulam Mubashir Maken and DPO Dera Ziauddin Ahmed visited DHQ Hospital and inquired about the health of the injured officers and personnel. The RPO also provided financial assistance and directed hospital authorities to ensure the best possible medical treatment.
RPO Maken said the police force remains fully committed to combating terrorism and protecting the lives and property of citizens.
