Bajaur: Prominent tribal elder Malik Gulzada of Dabdabo made a clear and firm statement during an urgent press conference at the Bajaur Press Club, declaring that all his property is his personal ownership and that he has no intention of selling it under any circumstances.
He stated unequivocally that certain individuals are attempting to buy his land from his sons or grandsons, which he described as completely illegal, un-Islamic, and a direct violation of his ownership rights.
Warning all concerned, Malik Gulzada said:
“Through this press conference, I want to caution everyone: no person should attempt to buy my land from my sons, grandsons, or any other relatives, as they are not authorized to sell it. This land is solely my personal property, and I have neither sold it nor do I intend to sell it. Anyone trying to make such a deal is simply wasting their money, and any such transaction is null and void in my view.”
He further stated that if anyone tries to encroach upon or purchase his land, he reserves the right to take legal action and will defend his rights at every level.
