PESHAWAR: Inspector General Frontier Corps (IGFC) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa North, Major General Rao Imran Sartaj, visited the flood-affected areas of Buner to oversee ongoing relief efforts.
During the visit, IGFC reviewed the progress of relief operations being carried out by Pakistan Army teams in the affected districts. The Army is actively engaged in providing assistance to flood victims, ensuring timely delivery of ration and essential supplies through Army helicopters.
In addition to distributing relief goods, evacuation operations are underway to shift people from flood-hit areas to safer locations.
The Pakistan Army has reaffirmed its commitment to continue the relief operation until all affected individuals are safely rescued and relocated.
