Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Ghazala Yasmeen emphasized the urgent need for the immediate implementation of a cashless system, Campus Management System (CMS), and e-Office at Women University Swabi to streamline university operations and improve service delivery.
During the meeting, the Vice Chancellor stated, “CMS should be implemented immediately” to effectively manage the university’s operations. She further clarified that the e-Office will reduce paper usage, improve inter-departmental communication, and ensure smooth workflow across all sections.
The Vice Chancellor also highlighted that a cashless system is crucial to promote transparency, accountability, and ease of financial transactions.
All Heads of Departments (HODs) attended the technical team briefing, while HMIS 360 (Software Developer) delivered a detailed presentation on the various modules of ERP and CMS, explaining their features, functions, and benefits.
A committee has also been formed to ensure the rapid implementation of ERP, CMS, cashless systems, and e-Office, and to facilitate effective coordination.
