Nowshera: Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Sara Tawab inaugurated the Spring Plantation Drive 2026 in Nowshera. The campaign was launched by the District Administration in collaboration with the Forest Department and other line departments.
During the drive, Pinus (pine) saplings were planted to promote a greener, healthier, and more sustainable environment. Officials emphasized that such initiatives are essential to increase forest cover, improve air quality, and raise public awareness about environmental protection.
ADC Sara Tawab highlighted the importance of collective efforts in tackling environmental challenges and urged all departments and citizens to actively participate in tree plantation activities to ensure a greener future for the district.
