Karachi: Additional IG Karachi Azad Khan, visited the Police Training School Garden Karachi Range, to review its overall performance and ongoing training initiatives.
During the visit, the Deputy Inspector General Investigation and the Principal of the Police Training School briefed the AIG on the institution’s operational framework, current training programs and the specialized courses being conducted under the School of Investigation. The briefing highlighted the school’s structured curriculum aimed at enhancing investigative capacity and strengthening professional standards among officers.
The Additional IG conducted a detailed inspection of various classrooms, faculty sections and training facilities. Expressing satisfaction over the efforts being made, Police Chief emphasized the need to further elevate training standards in line with modern policing requirements. He directed the administration to integrate contemporary investigative techniques, adopt innovative learning methodologies and ensure that officers are equipped with advanced skills to effectively address emerging challenges.
At the conclusion of the visit, commemorative shields were presented to the Police Chief and the DIG Investigation.
