ISLAMABAD: The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) conducted six successful operations across different cities of the country, arresting seven suspects and recovering 156.7 kilograms of drugs worth over Rs. 145 million.
Educational Institutions Drug Interdiction
1.Near Sakhi Sarwar Road, Dera Ghazi Khan, 2 kg ice was recovered from an accused.
2.Near Dry Port Chowk, Sialkot, 300 grams of hashish were seized from two suspects.
3.Near Karakoram Highway, Haripur, 500 grams of hashish were recovered from an accused.
The arrested individuals reportedly confessed to selling drugs to students of educational institutions.

Inter-Provincial Drug Interdiction
1.Near Kot Abdul Malik Toll Plaza, Sheikhupura, 114 kg hashish and 37 kg opium were recovered from a vehicle, and the accused was arrested.
Domestic Drug Interdiction
1.Near Gulyana Road, Gujrat, 1.2 kg hashish and 500 grams opium were recovered from a motorcycle rider.
2.Near Railway Line Road, Peshawar, 1 kg hashish was seized from an accused.
All cases have been registered under the Control of Narcotic Substances Act (CNSA) 1997, and further investigations are underway.
