PESHAWAR: Special Assistant to Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Science & Information Technology, Dr. Shafqat Ayaz, extended heartfelt congratulations to Chief Minister Ali Amin Khan Gandapur and Chief Secretary Shahab Ali Shah for their effective measures in ensuring transparency and curbing cheating in the recent 2025 SSC (Matric) and HSC examinations across the province.

Dr. Ayaz stated that since the COVID-19 disruption in 2020, the examination system had been plagued by a culture of carelessness and malpractice. However, this year, the provincial government successfully restored discipline and credibility in the exam process through strict monitoring and systemic reforms, and the positive results are evident in the matric exam outcomes.

He paid tribute to the students who passed the matric exams through dedication and hard work, and also appreciated their parents for their continuous support. “These students are the pride and future of Pakistan,” he remarked.

Dr. Shafqat Ayaz emphasized that marks obtained through cheating offer no real benefit in practical life. “Our youth must pursue real knowledge, not just numbers,” he said. “True success lies in honest effort and lifelong learning.”

He highlighted that the recent success reflects the vision of PTI founder Imran Khan, who always prioritized quality education, transparency, merit, and public service. The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur, is committed to implementing this vision on the ground.

Dr. Ayaz also extended appreciation to the Education Department, district administrations, and all concerned institutions for their coordinated efforts to restore credibility in the exam system. He vowed that the government will continue to strengthen a transparent and merit-based education system in the province.
