ISLAMABAD: Archbishop Dr. Joseph Arshad, Bishop of Islamabad-Rawalpindi, has called child labour a grave human rights violation and urged coordinated national action to end the practice. He called for strict enforcement of child protection laws, improved access to quality education, support for vulnerable families and rehabilitation of affected children, stressing that every child deserves education, safety and a brighter future.
