Dera Ismail Khan: A meeting of the Divisional Polio Task Force was held under the chairmanship of Commissioner Dera Division, Dawood Khan, to review preparations for the upcoming three-day anti-polio campaign.

The meeting was attended by Regional Police Officer Ghulam Mubashir Mekan, Deputy Commissioner Abdul Nasir Khan, District Health Officer Syed Muhammad Masood, along with other health department officials.

During the session, a detailed review of arrangements across all districts was conducted. Relevant teams briefed the participants on their preparedness and operational plans. The Deputy Coordinator for South Khyber Pakhtunkhwa highlighted key points regarding field-level implementation, emphasizing effective strategies for high-risk and remote areas, improved coordination, and integrated efforts.

Commissioner Dawood Khan appreciated the efforts of all teams and stressed that a well-coordinated strategy and complete preparedness are essential for the success of the campaign. He directed authorities to finalize all arrangements ahead of the campaign and accelerate efforts to achieve optimal results.
