TANK: Commissioner Dera Ismail Khan Division Dawood Khan has reaffirmed his commitment to public welfare, sustainable peace, economic prosperity, employment generation and quality development projects across the division.
He said district administrations and police personnel, including Deputy Commissioners, Additional Commissioners and Assistant Commissioners, were performing their duties with dedication and integrity to address public issues and improve administrative services.
The Commissioner emphasized that maintaining law and order was a collective responsibility of the district administration, security forces, police and the public. He called for mutual cooperation and coordinated efforts to ensure lasting peace and provide citizens with a safe environment.
He said the administration was also focusing on economic development, expanding employment opportunities and improving public welfare. He stressed that development and construction projects were being closely monitored to ensure quality, prevent negligence and maintain prescribed standards.
Commissioner Dawood Khan expressed these views during a meeting with senior journalist Dr. Sheikh Ehsan Ullah Khan in Tank. They discussed administrative affairs, the law and order situation, public concerns and ongoing development initiatives across Dera Ismail Khan Division.
The Commissioner reiterated that public service, peace and quality development would remain central to the administration’s priorities.
